RULES

To be eligible, you must be a resident of the United and at least 18 years old. You must either possess a state license as a nail technician or have a keen interest in pedicures to ensure that these items get used properly. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address as you may need to re-enter if it's incorrect. The basket contents will be shipped via USPS, but not the basket itself.
