NO REFUND POLICY

 

All Pedi Pro United ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges will be issued after purchase.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your ability to attend the event. Refunds will not be provided for circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Illness or medical emergencies

• Family or personal emergencies

• Work or scheduling conflicts

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Transportation issues

• Relocation

• Financial hardship

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Failure to attend the event

Event expenses, venue commitments, educators, vendors, staffing, supplies, and other costs are planned and paid based on confirmed ticket sales. For this reason, we are unable to make individual exceptions to the refund policy.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets are also non-transferable unless Pedi Pro United provides written approval for an exception.

If an exception is granted, the original ticket holder may be permitted to sell the ticket to another attendee. The original purchaser is responsible for finding the buyer and collecting payment directly from them. Pedi Pro United does not guarantee that a replacement attendee will be found.

If Pedi Pro United assists with finding a replacement attendee, this is a courtesy only and does not create an obligation to refund or resell the ticket.

Any approved ticket transfer must be completed before the deadline provided by Pedi Pro United, and the replacement attendee’s full name and email address must be submitted so the event roster can be updated.
