Participation Agreement
For Certified NuFeet Medical Pedicurists™
Aligned with the NuFeet Network, NuFeet Gems, Mentorship Programs, NuFeet Expo, and the NuFeet Locator Map
By completing your certification through NuFeet Academy, you will join a growing, purpose-driven community committed to excellence, education, and the advancement of medical pedicuring. As part of this network, we ask that all certified NuFeet Medical Pedicurists™ agree to a few important terms designed to support and protect the integrity of the programs, materials, and shared mission we’ve built together.
Conflict of Interest Policy
If you choose to join the NuFeet Network after certification, a Conflict of Interest Agreement becomes part of your participation. This helps ensure that our educational materials, systems, and community benefits remain consistent and protected for all members.
The following types of activities would be considered a conflict of interest and may lead to removal from:
-
The NuFeet Locator Map
-
NuFeet Gems and mentorship programs
-
Invitations to NuFeet events and network-exclusive opportunities
Note: While your certification remains valid and recognized, access to these additional benefits is reserved for those who align with our shared guidelines. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
What We Consider a Conflict
To maintain the integrity of our programs and brand, we kindly ask that you refrain from:
-
Creating or teaching your own version of a medical pedicure program based on NuFeet’s systems or techniques
-
Starting a certification, academy, or mentorship group modeled after NuFeet’s structure
-
Building a brand or network that closely resembles NuFeet's educational approach or resources
-
Reusing NuFeet's proprietary tools, techniques, or terminology outside of approved uses
Providing medical pedicures in your own practice is absolutely encouraged and welcomed. Your success as a service provider is central to our mission. This policy only applies to the creation of new educational or training programs that closely replicate or draw heavily from NuFeet’s content and resources.
Respecting Intellectual Property
Our legal team, led by David Wilson, Esq., helps us ensure that our educational assets remain protected so we can continue to grow and serve with integrity. If a concern arises, we will approach it with fairness and clarity, always prioritizing communication and resolution.
Growing Together
This policy is not about limiting your potential, it’s about preserving a trusted space where educators and professionals can thrive together. If your passion includes teaching, we invite you to explore our official NuFeet Educator Pathway, where you can contribute your voice and expertise from within our established and supportive structure.
If you’re inspired to build something entirely your own, we sincerely wish you well. All we ask is that your new endeavor be developed independently of NuFeet’s protected materials and network.
