For Certified NuFeet Medical Pedicurists™
Aligned with the NuFeet Network, NuFeet Gems, Mentorship Programs, Hands-On Training, FootDx, NuFeet Expo, and the NuFeet Locator Map
By completing your certification through NuFeet Academy, you are joining a growing, purpose-driven community committed to excellence, education, and innovation in the medical pedicure field. We are proud to support professionals nationwide with both online training and in-person experiences, including twice-weekly hands-on classes in Alpharetta, GA and the biannual NuFeet Expo.
To protect the integrity of our mission, systems, and community benefits, all Certified NuFeet Medical Pedicurists™agree to the following terms upon enrollment and certification.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Upon certification, if you choose to engage further with the NuFeet Network (including Gems, Mentorship, Expo access, or the Locator Map), a Conflict of Interest Agreement becomes part of your participation. This ensures that our programs and tools remain consistent and protected for the benefit of all current and future members.
Activities That May Be Considered a Conflict of Interest Include:
-
Creating or teaching your own version of a medical pedicure program based on NuFeet’s systems, methods, or structure
-
Starting a certification program, online academy, or mentorship group modeled after NuFeet’s approach
-
Developing a brand or network that closely mirrors NuFeet’s educational tools, layout, or messaging
-
Reusing or repackaging NuFeet’s proprietary tools, terminology, techniques, or training content outside of authorized use
These activities could result in removal from:
-
The NuFeet Locator Map
-
NuFeet Gems and Mentorship Programs
-
Invitations to NuFeet Expo and other exclusive events or collaborations
Note: Your NuFeet Medical Pedicurist Certification™ will remain valid and recognized. However, access to these ongoing community benefits is reserved for those who continue to uphold the values, ethics, and structure of the NuFeet system. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
Clarifying What You Can Do
-
You are strongly encouraged to offer Medical Pedicures and all the advanced services learned through NuFeet Academy, including Toenail Reduction, Waterless Pedicures, Toenail Correction, and FootDx.
-
You may absolutely market yourself as a Certified NuFeet Medical Pedicurist™ and build your clientele or business around the skills gained.
-
This policy only applies to the creation or teaching of new programs or educational platforms based on NuFeet’s curriculum and materials.
Respecting Intellectual Property
All NuFeet curriculum, digital content, terminology, protocols, and proprietary tools are protected by copyright and trademark law. Our legal advisor, David Wilson, Esq., helps us ensure these protections are upheld fairly. If concerns arise, we will always aim to resolve them respectfully and clearly.
Supportive Paths for Educators
If you are passionate about teaching or mentoring others, we invite you to explore the NuFeet Educator Pathway, where you can share your experience, lead hands-on sessions, and help shape the next generation of Medical Pedicurists—from within our trusted structure.
Building Outside of NuFeet?
We honor your entrepreneurial spirit. If you choose to create something independently, we ask that you build it from your own ideas and systems—not from NuFeet’s protected intellectual property or network.
Thank you for helping us preserve the quality, trust, and innovation that define NuFeet Medical Pedicures®.
We’re honored to have you in the movement.
