​The amount paid today to book online is used as a "retainer" for your scheduled appointment.  This is not the cost of the pedicure; the retainer is deducted from the total amount of your service.

• I charge by the condition of your feet (NuFeet Pedicures range from $80-$150)

​

• Our chairs cannot accommodate clients over 325lbs.  If you are over 325lbs, please contact me to see if I have a mobile pedicurist in your area.  

​

• If you are interested in Toenail Restoration, we charge by the number of toenails that need to be cosmetically enhanced.  We cannot guarantee longevity of the fake toenails if you have less than 30% of natural toenail.  ​

​

• No extra parties - Babies- children - All care givers must wait in their car or lobby unless you need someone present for the foot assessment only.

​

• If we are more then 30 minutes late starting your service, you have the right to reschedule your appointment and we will give you a free spa upgrade for next time.  Please be courteous as we try our hardest to communicate any delays.

• Your retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule online and you will lose your retainer.

  • If you miss your scheduled appointment because you are sick, not feeling well, miss your flight, have an accident, someone steals your car, family emergency, lost your car keys, flat tire, uber tardiness, scheduled the wrong day, anything that keeps you from coming in or breaking any of our policies. 

  • If you're scheduling for another person, please put their name when scheduling and be sure they are familiar with our policies.  You will not get your retainer fee back.

• Please do not call requesting your retainer fee back if you have violated any of my polices. 

​

• Covid - If you have tested positive, please reschedule your appointment until your symptoms are gone.  If you test positive within 24 hours of your appointment, you lose your retainer.​
